Blue Ink Software along with r&r advertising built LifeCare Family of Hospitals a fully customized Applicant Tracking System (ATS). They researched at a lot of pre-built software solutions on the market and determined that they were either way to expensive, or they didn't provide the functionality they needed. They have hospitals in markets all across the United States and needed a very customized online job application that helped them find skilled health care professionals. The solution has it's own web-based administration system to manage the full application lifecycle from applicant to hired employee. The system also integrates with major job board systems like like Indeed, Simply Hired, Monster, Career Builder, etc. to automatically cross post jobs to their sites for better coverage.
